So, I’m sitting here reflecting on the past three weeks.
Ya see, this week is week four of a completely new way of eating for me.
I’m talking about a pretty low carb diet, and at times, even keto.
I won’t get into too much details of what this way of eating consists of. I don’t even really want to call it a ‘diet’ in traditional sense, because I’m not expert on the subject [yet], but these two guys are.

This new way of eating is just starting to change my life for the better.
It’s been so long since I haven’t had some sort of digestive symptom after eating that I forgot what it was like to not have pain/gas/bloating/acid reflux/lethargy after eating and sometimes just in general.
All of those symptoms including inflamed skin, dandruff, fungal infections, psoriasis, skin tags, constant itchiness and pretty severe mood changes have just seemed go away.
Not to mention the fourteen or so pounds of weight loss.
Meat, veggies, eggs, a bit of aged cheeses and a splash of cream for my coffee and lots of water, tea and salt are what my life is all about.
I dabble a bit into the keto treats now and then when I feel like I want a treat, but in all reality this is one of those things I’m trying to get away from.
Anyways, I felt compelled to write a little bit and reflect on how much better I feel today in contrast to how I felt three weeks ago.
